Hi all, I have not been losing weight yet sadly coz these couple of days I am dealing with some stuff that keeps my appetite going. Yeah, the stress and stuff do not make me a great person to keep my promise to lose weight and get healthy. However, I am still trying reallllllyy hard.. This few days I really have no mood blogging at all. There are couple of things that makes me so fuzzy and confused. But EXCELSIOR! I will put the negative energy aside and focus on positivity instead. Talking about that, right now I'm so in love with this movie call Silver Lining Playbook. I love how the movie makes me feel after i watched it.. The story is about a guy adjusting himself after being discharged from mental hospital. It's funny and fresh and I should not reveal any spoiler. Anyway, I'm going GAGA over the couple in the movie; Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence. Their chemistry on-screen and off-screen were undeniable.

Hi World, Today is uhmm..pretty much boring day for me. Rainy day makes my mood goes haywire.. mostly sleepy and hungry. Yes, speaking about hungry, I realised that I have been eating a LOT for these couple of weeks. My weekly income is mostly on food and..... mostly unhealthy food :'(. I can think of Bakmie Jakarta, Banmian, Miepok, Curry rice and Nasi Padang everyday. Plus, I am not a work-out type of person.. So, anyway.. I'm just thinking that it is stilllll the month of February, I'm stilllll working on my this year-resolution.. which is getting HEALTHY and FIT! Well, basically I'm going to record down all my food intake and exercise routine (yeah! Routine!).. and maybe some beauty advices from my friends, news and magazines, I'm gonna share them here. So, let's start on this vitamin which I really adore it currently. I have been taking this multivitamins for 6 months now. It's like a powder form which you mix it in the water and drink it every morning and night before you sleep. It consists of different types of fruits so all the whatever vitamins and nutrients are in there! I love it because.. I just feel really good after drinking it. Beside the taste is like drinking juices, I just feel energized, alert and radiant. Most of my friends and colleagues asked what skin products do I use to stay radiant.. So, *clearing throat* Beside my skincare regime, I believe beauty comes from inside, for eg: the food you eat. So, I often think how do I always stay radiant if I keep eating unhealthy food and less water intake?? (which I normally do).. and I realised that it comes from my multivitamins. So, I just would love to share about Fit Solution =) But be aware, when we drank it for the first time, this vitamins has a temporary side effects such as stomach burning sensation (for gastric patients) and heat sensation on body and skin (for everyone). I was pretty scared at first... but apparently, it's really normal for first timer. Whatever the side effect is, it only takes 10 minutes and not longer than that. I read the brochure on why we got this feeling, it's because the vitamins is quickly absorbed inside our cells and target to the main systems (such as : liver). But if the symptoms last for a day and you feel something is not right,then you better stop drinking it =)

First time buyer, it costs like SGD280++ i think (I forgot). That time I bought 7 sets because there was a promotion going on, so 1 set only costs me SGD200++. After I bought 7 sets, I was so broke then I kept telling myself "never mind, it's for beauty and health, better be worth it". Plussss.. the most heart-pain is 1 set only can last you for a month (if you religiously drink it everyday).
